Cancellations

 Due to our size, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore cancellation:

• Within 30 days of arrival date: 20% forfeit of total booking price
• Within 14 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of total booking price
• Within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of total booking price

The above charges will be made in the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking
